The room was next to the staff room, leading to persistent noise during the day. the thin windows let in quite a bit of traffic noise from the street, especially at night—definitely not ideal for light sleepers. Ants were also an unwelcome surprise, crawling from the walls to the sink, which should be addressed. Lastly, while complimentary bottled water was provided, the lack of a water dispenser meant added reliance on small bottles, which felt wasteful.

The staff proactively offered to store our drinks in their pantry fridge, which was a thoughtful touch since the rooms lacked fridges.

The noise from the main road was quite noticeable at night, making it a challenge for light sleepers.
