The room was spacious with two queen-size beds, offering a comfortable base for exploration. The water pressure in the shower was impressively strong, making for a refreshing experience after a long day.
Unfortunately, the experience was marred by some issues. The room was next to the staff room, leading to persistent noise during the day. the thin windows let in quite a bit of traffic noise from the street, especially at night—definitely not ideal for light sleepers. Ants were also an unwelcome surprise, crawling from the walls to the sink, which should be addressed. Lastly, while complimentary bottled water was provided, the lack of a water dispenser meant added reliance on small bottles, which felt wasteful.

The staff proactively offered to store our drinks in their pantry fridge, which was a thoughtful touch since the rooms lacked fridges.
The noise from the main road was quite noticeable at night, making it a challenge for light sleepers.

The room, equipped with a rain shower and decent fittings, offered good value for a budget stay. The location provided easy access to local food spots, making meal options convenient after a long day.
The bathroom drainage emitted unpleasant smells even with ventilation, and the thin windows let in noise from the bustling street, which could disrupt light sleepers. while the sheets appeared clean, some had stains that detracted from the overall comfort, along with the need for cleaner curtains.

After a day exploring attractions like Ipoh World at Han Chin Pet Soo, coming back to a refreshing shower with strong water pressure was a highlight. The Standard Double or Twin Room was spacious and comfortable, which was a nice surprise! The bathroom had good water pressure and basic toiletries. I loved how clean everything was, and it was great that they allowed early check-in. the lighting in the room felt a bit dim, and the card key didn't always work, which was annoying.
